1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has 14 years of experience, starting as a software engineer and working with numerous startups across various industries. Over the years, he held the position of Engineering Manager, overseeing multiple products. Currently, he is responsible for three products and manages nine development teams and two QAs. He works closely with the CTO and CBO, using Scrum and Agile methodologies to prioritize features and determine the next milestones. His day-to-day responsibilities include making tech decisions, full-stack development, and defining product features. He is also highly experienced in recruiting developers and follows a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

He specializes in backend development and infrastructure, with a strong focus on scaling systems. His expertise lies in building cost-efficient systems that can scale effectively, ensuring optimal performance and resource management.

He holds an MBA from the UAE and has extensive experience working with high-level requirements and defining product requirements. In situations where a team is needed, he evaluates whether recruiting in-house or outsourcing would be the best option for speed and efficiency. He has experience collaborating with dedicated product managers or taking the lead in defining requirements and estimating timelines for MVP (Minimum Viable Product) delivery. He has worked with four different fintech companies, focusing on investment platforms, micro stocks, cryptocurrency, and trading platforms. Additionally, he has worked alongside Chinese colleagues and holds certifications in AWS and Adobe, showcasing his technical and strategic skills in managing product development and scaling businesses.
