1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has about 15 years of experience now and started off as a Web Developer in India. Later on moved to Dubai and joined XXXX as a Senior Web Developer, XXXX as a Lead Web Developer, and started his journey as a Digital Product Manager with XXXX where he was managing the digital marketing and tech development including website dev for the company, from end-to-end development. After that, he was hired by XXXX which is his current company, acting as their Chief Technical and Product Officer; he’s mostly responsible there for the whole technology and product development of clients, understand the requirements from the stakeholders, and creating a product vision plan for them. Basically, he’s creating the technical architecture and manage the development team on a daily basis.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would his full understanding of product from end-to-end since he’s also partially involved with the coding development himself. He has strong product knowledge in multiple verticals as well since he is working with lots of stakeholders and the one in charge for understanding their requirements and business.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has about 4-5 years of exposure and hands-on experience now in the web3 space including blockchain, AI, smart contracts, and such. He’s still involved in development himself so he’s knowledgeable with AI frameworks, pretty comfortable in creating models, and also proficient with both backend and frontend frameworks (Node, React), as well as API integrations. His current company is a startup, he was the first employee and they’ve built the team around him so he was the one who picked the developers and the marketing/product management team as well; that makes him quite familiar with startup culture and setups.
