Has been in the IT Industry for 9+ years already. Her last role was a contractual role as an IT Service Manager where she manages their whole program and process. Before that, she was with XXXX as a Manager where they designed ERP/SAP, she’s like a key stakeholder here. Prior to that, she was a Major Incident Manager for XXXX. During the early years of her career, she was more in the technical side, mostly being a Senior Technical Writer/Engineer/ Support.

Strongest skill would be project management and decision-making. She’s also good with team/stakeholders’ management since she works with stakeholders 24/7. Has been doing management for 4+ years already.
