With more than 4 years of experience working in the IT industry and started his career as a IT support way back when he was in Egypt. He also worked for security operations and studied different courses related to security. He is also knowledgeable in terms of programming languages like Python and C. Currently he is UAE and doing IT support as well.

He said that he is a fast learner and can use different technologies and learn them easily. He has a good knowledge when it comes to LAN and WAN networks and has experience in different protocols as well like OSPF, EIGRP, BGP etc. With experience as well in different Windows servers and active directories, with certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and can handle the Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint & Azure environments.
