Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently working in the UAE for about 5 years now in IT Support. He is currently an IT System Engineer at XXXX where he is responsible for server configurations, SQL data entries, and support both hardware and software. He also provides onsite support and remote support in Qatar and other parts of Middle East. Before that, he was working as a System Technician with XXXX where he handled projects with XXXX in Dubai and XXXX in Sharjah.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be Windows Server and troubleshooting; started doing this since the start of his career. He is comfortable that he can do any configuration in Windows Server.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Have been doing IT support for his past two roles. No experience yet with sound systems but is keen and willing to learn it. Can work independently and in a dynamic environment. Has customer service experience since he’s doing lots of technical support in his current job.
