Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
After graduation, did some freelancing for some projects and got a contract with his current company right now, XXXX where he was involved in building interactive and huge games. Work with colleagues and also has experience handling a total of 20 Unreal developers, environment designers, and the whole department. Mid of 2019 when he also started working for some blockchain related clients where he handled most of the part of the games and work on the blockchain part of it. Right now, actually handling some of the team members and building some of the project & architectural part of it.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be Unity and Unreal since he has been both using it for the last 7 years. Major focus part is on the environment designing, making up plug ins in C++ and also building up the games. More of his skill set is towards AAA games. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in both Unity and Unreal.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 7+ years of experience in Unreal development. Strong with C++ for controllers and plug in parts, experienced as well with blueprints. Familiar with versioning and repository and have been using Git technologies for it. Have experience in well in rendering and shaders using C++ and third-party shaders.
