With more than 7 years of experience working in the IT industry and was working as a technical support analyst 2. He said that in his previous job, they have a client which is a cycling company and had gone through different experiences in his career. He was started as a technical support engineer and had a chance as well in handling an IT team and solving problems with regards to the laptop issues. He said that they were working for any kind of issues that the user gets let it be hardware, software, application, anything. They also do the build-up of the machines for the users and do the patching as well.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
With solid experience in Active directories and use it for account creations and end user account management. He also had an experience with Office 365 licenses, SharePoint site creations, and shared drives. He said that he can provide a complete support to the users and has a good communication skill as well so he can communicate with the users effectively.
