With more than 5 years overall work experience in the IT industry. In his previous job, he was working as a NOC service desk engineer and said that he started his career in the industry as a field technician. He also said that he had an experience working in a data center and their company is helping the clients to integrate and provide IT solutions in their business. He said that his responsibility is to monitor the infra and have to prevent suspicious activities happening in the network.

He has a certification for Cisco which is the CCNA and with solid experience in IP protocols. He has a good commutation skill and have an experience troubleshooting routers and switches. He is also knowledgeable in term of different networks such as LAN/WAN.
