Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has more than 3 years of experience working in the IT industry and currently working as a desktop support engineer. He said that he started his career when he was still in India and have join 2 companies there and working as a quality control and responsible in checking the websites, prepare the test cases as well as the documentations. After that, in his second job he was able to work and handled the 4G and 5G technologies and his responsibilities was similar to his previous role and do maintain and create documentations as well. In his current job, he is helping and task to maintain and install different applications and peripherals like some of the printers, check an configure IP addresses and do static IPs for the printers.

He said that he has a strong skill when it comes to troubleshooting and have done manual testing as well for the devices. He is also good in terms or assisting the end users if they encounter problems and able to provide help for their issues and polite as well.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He has a skill in different windows and linux OS and with experience in Active directories. He can install and troubleshoot different Microsoft applications like the 365 and able to install different peripherals as well. He can also provide a remote and onsite support to its customers.
