She is also closely communicating with the technical team to resolve some daily emergencies. They also monitor and analyse performance, sales volume, and make sales plan as well. She also usually needs to take care of the logistics, the goods, and communicate with suppliers.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be promoting products whether online or physical product. She is also good with using some tools or software to analyse the customer’s needs and trends in the market.
