1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his career as a System and Network Engineer back in India and worked in that field for about 3-3.5 years then moved to Dubai where he started his career with XXXX as an IT Technical Support Engineer where he served as somehow a project manager support F&B clients and brands, he supported them in setting up their entire Microsoft F&B systems and set up the store from scratch such as the database, configurations, and ensuring everything is working smoothly. After some time, he moved to XXXX as a Sr. Product Integration Specialist where he worked as a Payment Integration Engineer and was in charge of payment gateway systems, helped merchants onboard their payment gateway, and also guide them on how to do integrations, work on their website, and accept payments from there. He is currently working with XXXX as a Technical Team Lead where he is working with different clients and manages the ticketing software, provide support to their clients, and manage events as well for them.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be collaboration between teams and stakeholders. Half of his strength is on the technical side of things and the other half is into management and business since he has been working in these two domain for several years now.
