As an admin license holder, she served as the primary point of contact for all business units regarding CRM-related queries and played a crucial role in CRM management and migrations across different platforms.
Her responsibilities included managing CRM processes, assisting sales teams with prospect conversion, client onboarding, and opportunity management, and generating marketing campaigns and leads within the CRM system. She also coordinated with research teams to ensure UK-registered company databases were updated accurately.
Additionally, she was responsible for creating and managing CRM licenses, user profiles, and database records, ensuring smooth system functionality. Her ability to streamline data processing and workflow automation has significantly enhanced operational efficiency. While she was not directly involved in sales operations, she has deep knowledge of the sales process, including customer targeting, data acquisition, lead generation, and the bidding process. She worked closely with a research team that provided data to sales users, who then used it for client presentations and sales strategies. Her experience in CRM administration and automation played a crucial role in supporting sales teams by ensuring efficient data management, reporting, and system updates.
