For the past 3.5 years, he has been a Senior Product Manager at a company owned by a prominent family firm in the Middle East and Africa, where he focuses on enabling seamless online shopping for customers. He oversees the "customer domain," which includes customer identity, care, support, and associated features. Managing a team of product managers and 15 engineers, he is responsible for setting quarterly objectives (OKRs), defining the product roadmap, and ensuring successful delivery through Agile methodology. His role includes daily standups, sprint planning, performance reviews, and collaborating with his team to ensure smooth project execution and customer-focused innovations.

He describes his strongest skill as taking full ownership of the products he works on. He approaches product management with great passion and emotional investment, treating each product as his own. 3. Do you have XXXX (Key Criteria 1)? If so can you tell me more?
He has handled products across various domains, with one of his most efficient projects being related to customer identity. Specifically, he worked on launching a new login functionality where customers could log in using OTP instead of entering passwords. Despite seeming simple, this feature required overcoming challenging API issues. Initially, the login success rate was only 59%, negatively impacting overall session numbers and orders. His target was to raise the success rate to 75% within a quarter. Through clear problem identification and communication with the design and engineering teams, they managed to launch the feature within three months, achieving a 79% login success rate one-month post-launch, surpassing the target by 4%. While there have been some fintech-related projects, his main focus over the past 3.5 years has been in the retail sector.
