1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?

Most recently, she worked at a fintech company, managing their digital banking suite, including mobile apps, admin portals, and core banking systems, primarily targeting clients in the UAE and the MENA region. Due to company restructuring and her inability to relocate, she is now serving her notice period.
Prior to this, she worked on API integrations for a payment gateway solution enabling global payment processing. Before that, she had a contractual role in optimizing business processes for a financial institution. In her previous roles, she focused on digitizing government tax collection portals and integrating payment systems.
Her earlier experience includes product management in e-commerce, banking solutions for international clients, and dispute management systems in the payments industry. She began her career in 2011 and has gained significant expertise across fintech, banking, and technology sectors.

Multiple rounds of discussions take place to finalize the design, infrastructure needs, and development stages.
She then breaks down the product features into smaller user stories with specific acceptance criteria and oversees the sprint review process.
