1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is currently an assistant project manager at XXXX and works in the digital services team department which they have lots of different digital transformation for IT projects. She is currently working for a project called XXXX where she works with the vendors and help gather data for them. Before that, she was a Business Operations Manager for XXXX and an HR Project Support Officer for XXXX. She was also a Project/Program Support Manager for two different companies where she was mostly involved in data gathering and working closely with vendors and suppliers for their project.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be program and project management since she’s been doing this for a while now. She’s also good with developing relationships and networks with individuals. Rates herself a 4-4.5 out of 5 since there’s always room to learn.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 8+ years of experience in the IT Industry and 5+ years of experience in Project Management roles. Has experience with Agile Development Methodology. Currently undergoing PMP training and will be qualified in about 2 months from now. Has experience with managing large scale projects as well.
