1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has overall 7+ years of experience in the IT industry and has been in the SAP environment since he started his career. He started off as a Junior Consultant for XXXX where he mostly acquired his fundamental learnings and professional experience of SAP Business One, on top of his university knowledge; he was trained there with the configuration, basic troubleshooting, and support of smaller implementation projects. Over time, he managed to handle mid-sized projects including customizing solutions to meet client requirements and also custom reports. He then moved to XXXX where he started to take leadership roles, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and oversee full-cycle implementations. He also had project management experience on that role. Currently, he's a Senior SAP Consultant for XXXX where he specializes in large-scale, complex projects and also acts as a strategic advisor for their clients in implementing advanced features such as integrations and process optimizations. He also is configuring SAP Business modules most of the time to meet client requirements, and implement add-on solutions as well when needed. On top of that, he is responsible for customizing layouts and building/writing up reports using SQL and HANA queries. He works closely with different teams including the technical team, sales and presales team, as well as the marketing team sometime.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be ERP implementation and optimization since these two are the focus of his career for more than 7 years now. He has great end-to-end SAP B1 project delivery experience and also has vast hands-on exposure with full-cycle ERP implementations from requirement gathering up to deployment and even post-implementation support.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He is coming from a Computer Engineering background and has great proficiency with ERP/SAP B1 implementation; rates himself a 4.5 out of 5 in that area since he has been doing this for many years now. He is also knowledgeable with writing reports and technically strong with SQL Server and HANA queries. On top of that, he believes his technical skills combined with his business skills would be really helpful on being an effective SAP B1 consultant for any company.
