Currently, he is a Senior Product Manager in retail, managing various e-commerce platforms and brands. His responsibilities include overseeing websites and apps for brands such as Marks and Spencer, Ted Baker, Sandro, Marge, and Watson’s. These platforms operate on Shopify, in-house systems, and other e-commerce solutions.
His role involves managing multiple geographies, including the Gulf region, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand. He has recently launched platforms in Hong Kong and Singapore and is preparing for additional launches in new markets. His main areas of ownership include product listings, checkout processes, payment systems, and content management. He ensures seamless user experiences from product browsing to checkout, integrating features like various payment methods, buy-now-pay-later options, and discounts. Additionally, he oversees backend operations such as SAP posting and invoice generation.
Previously, he worked with Xiaomi, where he was one of the first Indian Product Managers in a Chinese company. In the absence of a developer team in India, he frequently traveled to Beijing to work with developers, ensuring the successful delivery of products tailored to the Indian market.
