   Currently a WorkSmart PMO – Consultant at XXXX where they are involved with digital transformation process re-engineering, UX mapping, etc. Before that, she was with XXXX as a Portfolio Management & Governance PMO for a global Oracle fusion implementation, digital transformation, and process re-engineering. Prior to that, she was with XXXX where she initiated and structured the PMO department will all policies, procedures, including infrastructure and software. Before that, she was with a vendor as a consultant.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She thinks that the key skill for any project, program, or portfolio manager is having a good relationship with the stakeholder as well as its management. Also good with Transformation and Change Management. Rates herself a 4.5-7 out of 5 in her overall knowledge and experiences.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has overall 9+ years of experience as a project/portfolio management, has experienced working on internet products/platforms and team management experience. She is familiar with tools such as Axure, Visio, MindManager, etc. Also, very proficient with writing requirement documents, technical documents, user manuals, and is very hands on with portfolio/project life cycle from BRD to closure. Also, she’s an expert with metaverse so working on a gaming platform would not be a problem.
