1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He is currently working as a Manager with XXXX, the third-largest private bank in the Indian market. In this role, he manages a portfolio of approximately 100 customers, focusing on their asset portfolios, including insurance, stock, NAV, and other investments. His responsibilities involve providing consistent growth in their portfolios, generating cross-sell leads, and assisting clients with financial transactions such as RTGS and TFX.He ensures compliance with KYC guidelines and performs due diligence as required by the RBI. Additionally, he provides guidance to customers to ensure their transactions align with regulatory frameworks.Before XXXX, he worked with XXXX, where he gained extensive experience in operations, cross-selling, AML, and KYC processes, contributing to his strong foundation in banking and financial services.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? He would describe his strongest skills as effective communication with customers and a deep understanding of their needs. He excels in building strong relationships by actively listening to clients, identifying their requirements, and offering tailored solutions to meet their financial goals. His ability to clearly communicate complex financial products and services ensures that customers feel informed and confident in their decisions. This skill has been central to his success in managing portfolios and generating cross-sell opportunities.
3. Do you have XXXX (Key Criteria 1)? If so can you tell me more?He has experience in trade transactions as part of his current job, although it accounts for about 10% of his responsibilities. He manages a business banking portfolio with 17 clients involved in trade transactions, out of a total of 200 clients. His tasks include processing OCF export bills and using customer references to onboard new clients for trade. When customers are dissatisfied with trade pricing, he performs due diligence to offer better pricing based on their turnover and transfer history. He has also completed a course on currency derivatives, gaining a strong understanding of both currency and equity derivatives, including options. Additionally, he is proficient in MS Office and other software tools.
