He is from Delhi, India, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, completed in 2018 in Turkey. After graduating, he returned to India and began his professional career in 2019 as a Product Quality Investigator, where he focused on ensuring product authenticity, handling complaints about expired or defective items, and translating documents between Turkish and English to meet business needs. In 2021, he transitioned to a role as a Brand Protection Specialist, responsible for enrolling brands across global marketplaces and managing high-level escalations within the brand registry team. Currently, he works as a Program Manager, where he oversees escalations, optimizes processes for improved customer experiences, creates and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and acts as the subject matter expert for five sub-programs. He has also mentored and trained new hires globally, guided a team of five, and conducted in-depth analyses to enhance operational efficiency. With over three years of experience in this field, he has developed expertise in process improvement, problem-solving, and project management, contributing significantly to improving customer satisfaction and team performance.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
His strongest skills are communication and deep dive analysis, both of which are essential in his current role. Effective communication allows him to engage with multiple stakeholders to optimize processes and improve customer experience. Additionally, he excels at data analysis, extracting records from platforms like Salesforce, organizing them in Excel, and conducting thorough analyses. This enables him to identify trends, such as the acceptance or rejection rates of applications over specific timeframes, and use these insights to inform decision-making and enhance efficiency.
3. Do you have XXXX (Key Criteria 1)? If so can you tell me more?
He acknowledges that while he is not a digital maven, his previous experience as a Quality Investigator involved validating payment invoices, ensuring their correctness and legitimacy, and occasionally contacting suppliers to verify authenticity. Although he hasn’t worked extensively in a department specifically dedicated to fraud cases, he has experience handling related tasks. Regarding language proficiency, he is confident in English due to his education and professional background in the language, which is widely used in India. He rates his Turkish proficiency at B2 level, gained during his time in Turkey, and he has used it professionally to translate invoices and other business-related documents, particularly while working in the Turkish department.
