He played a key role in obtaining SVF (Stored Value Fund) and RPS (Retail Payment Services) licenses, designing escrow account solutions, and managing system migrations across banks.

He has extensive experience as an Integration Manager and Business Analyst in the fintech industry, specializing in digital payments, blockchain integrations, and compliance-driven solutions. As an Integration Manager, he led end-to-end third-party integrations, from selecting providers to managing kickoff meetings, aligning timelines, and overseeing project phases like requirements gathering, development, UAT, and production. In his current role as a Business Analyst, he focuses on designing business logic for payment systems, such as escrow account solutions, ensuring compliance with central bank regulations, and creating detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for the technical team. He works with Agile methodologies and has collaborated extensively with a predominantly Chinese technical team. His expertise spans core payment systems, issuing products, and managing remittance projects, bridging technical and business operations to deliver effective and compliant solutions.
