1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is 30 years old and graduated with a marketing degree from XXXX. Currently, he works at the XXXX in Dubai in the Customer Service Happiness Division. His role primarily involves managing customer care, including handling calls related to complaints, technical issues, and inquiries about the TDRA website. Additionally, he works on ensuring that the organization complies with regulations related to telecommunication equipment registration, such as wireless Bluetooth devices, ensuring they meet the standards required in the UAE.
Before this, he worked for XXXX as a Public Relations Manager for three years. XXXX was involved in providing investments and managing collective investment funds, as well as advising on investment opportunities and credit. In this role, he was responsible for managing both internal and external public relations, particularly focusing on coordinating with companies in China, as the company had merged with two Chinese companies. His day-to-day responsibilities included managing public relations and ensuring smooth communication between all parties.

His goal is to have complaints or inquiries resolved within one working day, and often, solutions are provided within hours or even during the same call. His focus is always on delivering timely and efficient service to the customer.
