1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He graduated in Commerce from XXXX and has been working in various fields since then. He began his career in customer service, initially at XXXX, where he worked as a customer service representative for two years. Afterward, he transitioned to the banking sector, joining the XXXX as a call center representative, and later moved to the back office for the call center.
Ten years ago, he shifted his career focus to financial markets, starting as a financial consultant in the Saudi Stock Market. He then joined XXXX, the leading stock market company in Egypt, where he worked in equities trading. After three months, he was promoted and transferred to Saffron Mubasher, located in Dubai, where he worked remotely in the stock market and forex trading.
His career continued to rise when he moved to XXXX, the largest company in the XXXX, based in Bahrain. He worked in financial markets, covering over 15 markets for shares and collaborating with FX brokers across the Middle East. He still works remotely as a financial consultant for Mubasher Global.
In addition to his consulting roles, he has served as a business development consultant at XXXX and as a trainer. Over his career, he has trained over 1,000 traders and investors. He also has extensive experience in organizing online webinars, seminars, and conferences. Through his efforts, he successfully increased sales targets by 13%.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He specializes in presentation skills and problem-solving, particularly when it comes to tackling large-scale issues. He excels in managing online campaigns, especially in the financial markets. For example, he managed online campaigns for Orbex and CGC Markets when they launched branches in Egypt, using strategic approaches to ensure the campaigns were successful. His ability to craft and execute well-targeted campaigns is a key strength in his skill set.
3. Do you have XXXX (Key Criteria 1)? If so can you tell me more?
He has extensive experience using financial platforms such as Mubasher Pro, MT4, and MT5, which he has been working with for more than 10 years. These platforms are widely used in the financial markets, especially for trading and analysis. In addition to his expertise with these platforms, he has also worked with several CRM systems throughout his career. Specifically, he has hands-on experience with Zoho and Salesforce, which he utilized during his time at both XXXX and the XXXX. These CRM systems played a key role in streamlining customer relationship management, improving customer service, and enhancing sales processes. Furthermore, he is proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to manage data, create presentations, and document critical information. His ability to leverage these tools in different roles showcases his adaptability and his ability to manage both technical and customer-facing tasks effectively.
