1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
The candidate has been in the industry since 2013, starting her career at XXXX and later moving to XXXX and XXXX. At XXXX, she joined from the company’s inception and contributed significantly to its growth. Initially, she served as the Head of Operations for the retail support and partnership team, managing teams in Jordan and Seychelles. Over the last two years at XXXX, she transitioned to the B2B side of the business, focusing on technical knowledge and high-net-worth client engagement. She played a crucial role in building the high-net-worth team and fostering strong connections within the B2B space.
Currently, she works at XXXX as an Institutional Support Manager. In this role, she is creating the institutional department from scratch. Her responsibilities include sales, onboarding B2B institutional clients, and leveraging her network of connections developed during her career. Despite limited resources, she has already onboarded one institutional client, demonstrating her ability to create opportunities and grow the business.

She considers her strongest skills to be in operations and sales. She believes operations provide a continuous learning curve and views it as the foundation for driving business growth. She also highlights her ability to manage sales processes and build relationships with clients, supported by her operational expertise.
3. Do you have XXXX (Key Criteria 1)? If so can you tell me more?
She has extensive experience with trading platforms like MT4 and MT5, where she handled client issues, inquiries, and concerns during her time in operations. She is also proficient with CRM systems such as Salesforce. She created a high-net-worth clients team that bridged the gap between the retail support and B2B teams, ensuring seamless client management and service.
Additionally, she has experience in business risk assessment. For example, she would analyze clients' test trading accounts and account statements over three months to evaluate their trading history and determine the level of risk (high or medium). This process also informed decisions on which liquidity provider (LP) to connect with the client.
She is comfortable working with Microsoft and various software tools and has experience managing 15–20 team members as an operational manager.
