1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She was born in Iran and moved in Dubai when she was 3 years old. She said when she turned 18 or 19, she jumped into the real estate and currently with 3 and a half years of experience. She said that in her first company, she was actually hired by the CEO himself and it was a really big stepping stone for her. She also mentioned that in her first company, she made around six sales for properties which has a value of minimum of 2,000,000 properties. After that, she did shift to a company called so XXX and square yards. She left in those 2 companies because the management there weren’t supportive and do her things alone but admitted that during those times, even though it was very hard, she actually got to learn more about the actual marketing doing her own CRM and doing all of sales by herself and everything like admins etc because they fired the employees. She is currently working with the XXX developers which is one of the top developers in Dubai as a sales manager but wants to change industries because of the same reason.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements? 
   She has an experience in and proficient in using Ms applications and with solid experience in sales as well. She is good when it comes to negotiation and with good communication skills as well.
