She graduated from the American University in Central Asia with two diplomas, one American and one local. While studying, she worked with Isaac, an international volunteer organization, for four years and was later invited by XXXX to work as a sociologist in Kyrgyzstan. Realizing that sociology wasn’t her path, she transitioned into the IT sector, joining a major international telecom company as a Recruitment Manager and quickly advancing to HR Business Partner. In this role, she led projects, including building an Applicant Tracking System, while learning new methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. She was later promoted to Large and Key Account Manager, where she managed digital products like mobile wallets and targeted SMS distribution. She continued to grow her career with the opening of a new branch called XXXX within the same holding company.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Her strongest skills and areas of expertise lie in business development. She has extensive experience managing key accounts, driving digital product initiatives, and working on solutions like mobile wallets and targeted SMS distribution. Additionally, her background includes leading IT projects, such as building an ATS from scratch, and quickly mastering methodologies like Scrum and Kanban to ensure project success. Her ability to adapt, learn, and deliver impactful results has been consistently recognized throughout her career.

She has significant experience managing the development process of IT products, starting with building hypotheses and creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). She emphasizes rigorous testing of the MVP across markets and functions, employing both qualitative and quantitative customer development research. After thorough testing, she moves to a pilot phase, followed by continuous updates and edits, often every two weeks, to refine the product even post-launch.
