1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
He has been driving technology business units over the last 15 years, including managing PNL profit and loss, sales team operation, and delivering double digit growth in the technology space as well. He started his career with XXXX for more than 17 years ago doing different roles from project management, operations, channel management, and then moved into leadership role with XXXX both in Nigeria and France, he served there as Deputy Managing Director and Group Consulting Director, transforming the business shifting from hardware sales to the software and managed services as well. After that, he moved back to XXXX in Africa, both in Senegal and Ghana where he was their Regional Sales Director. He then joined XXXX in Morocco as their Services Vice President where he drove the business transformation road map and grew their installed base and technology through connected devices, he was also the first one to implement a connected asset there. From there, he had to run his own company where he did consulting for some key clients in the data center space, mostly doing business transformation for them. After some time, he joined XXXX as their Sales Vice President where they provided technologies solution for airlines and airport, he was in charge of the African foreign law and had to do some team restructuring, growing of the business, and all. His most recent one was with XXXX in Dubai where he served as their Managing Director where he had to manage 50 people based out of Dubai and Riyadh, mostly serving their key clients. He brought back this company back to profitability and growth for two consecutive years and transformed their business model as well. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be managing business units, doing PNL, and managing operations as well since these are what he has been doing for the past years of his career. He also is proficient with project management, delivering technical solution including software, hardware, middleware, and business applications to client. He also has great skills in sales, business development strategy, operations, and managing PNL, revenue accountability, margin, profitability, and such. On top of that, he is very comfortable working with different cultures and region including Europe, Africa, and Middle East, also speaks about 8 languages so he’s quite confident working internationally.
