He started his career as a project head for financial inclusion, providing banking and fintech services to underprivileged communities. He later worked in reconciliation technology, managing B2B operations, and took on roles in product operations, business development, and commercial aspects. He also served as a professor in fintech at a university, teaching topics like fintech, banking technology, and blockchain. Afterward, he became a group product manager in a crypto company, where he oversaw multiple products, solving problems and driving growth. In this role, he worked with various departments, including software development, marketing, finance, legal, and compliance. Currently, he is working as a managing consultant for a CRM software company on a temporary basis and also serving as a temporary CTO. He is open to transitioning into a full-time role immediately.

His strongest skills are in technical and commercial problem-solving, where he combines both aspects to address challenges effectively. He is adept at handling a wide range of tasks, from development to operations and customer support, which enables him to provide clear, actionable guidance to various departments. Additionally, he excels at tracking activities with discipline and maintaining an organized approach, ensuring efficiency and effective management across all areas of his work.

He holds an MBA in Marketing and has extensive experience in fintech and digital payment systems. While he does not currently hold specific certifications in fintech or blockchain, he is proactive in continuously learning and staying updated with industry advancements. He has significant experience managing a group of 13+ products simultaneously, using Agile and Scrum methodologies. He has developed a unique system for tracking his daily activities, automating the process in Excel, and using a timer to monitor time spent on each task, which enhances his efficiency. This system allows him to manage backlogs, break down tasks, and track progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, helping him execute more tasks efficiently compared to his peers. To stay informed on industry trends, he regularly networks with fintech executives at events and parties and automates the collection of industry and technical reports from LinkedIn and other sources. He emphasizes the importance of recognizing knowledge gaps to improve and expand his expertise continuously.
