He has been working in banking since 2017, with daily involvement in Forex treasury operations. He is well-versed in the functions of Treasury, including buying and selling currencies, negotiations, and forward bookings. Currently, he manages a portfolio of approximately 100 million in MIC, equivalent to around $20 million USD.
His responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, ensuring timely payments, tracking due dates, managing cash flows, and overseeing daily transactions. For example, he handles rate negotiations for deliveries, such as retirements or goods release payments.
He currently manages the accounts of some of Pakistan's top customers, including Gul Ahmed and Siddique Sons Group. Beyond general banking tasks, he actively promotes credit services to clients. For instance, if a client isn't availing of a particular facility, he explains the benefits, such as reduced markups and prepayment schedules, to encourage adoption.

This hands-on experience, combined with his ability to manage intricate financial details, enables him to ensure smooth operations while meeting deadlines and maintaining client satisfaction. He leverages this expertise to provide valuable insights into operational efficiencies and process improvements.
