1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been working as a Relationship Manager at XXXX since 2019. He started his career as a Relationship Manager at a branch, then moved to the Fleming branch, where he continued in the same role. Later, he supported the Sultan Hussain branch, managing a team and overseeing the sales process.
His primary responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, promoting sales, and ensuring that procedures and controls are followed. He is responsible for a variety of sales products, including loans, credit cards, and liabilities. Additionally, he manages his team's budget and enforces the bank's operational procedures.
He is also involved in foreign exchange transactions, particularly in dealing with currencies like the Euro and U.S. Dollar, although not directly handling the trades.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He considers his strongest skills to be in handling challenges, job management, and adapting to new roles. This achievement led to his promotion from a Relationship Assistant to an Officer, and eventually to a Manager.

Over the years, he has been transferred to different branches or new roles, typically every one to two years, demonstrating his flexibility and leadership skills.
