His responsibilities included creating symbols and managing other related operations.
Later, he moved to XXXX, a Dubai-based Iranian broker, where he worked as a Senior Leader in operations. His role involved creating symbol servers, client compliance, handling deposits and withdrawals, ticket repairs, and generating reports. After working for four years in XXXX, he transitioned to XXXX, where he continued his work in operations and risk management. In this role, he was responsible for handling symbols, groups, and gateways (for MT4 and MT5), managing the bridge, and ensuring smooth processes with deposit tickets, complaint tickets, and sales requirements.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He specializes in MT4 administration and management, including managing Centroid bridges and handling risk management. His expertise lies in full-flow operations, focusing on technical aspects such as creating and managing symbols, managing gateways for MT4 and MT5, and ensuring smooth bridge operations. He is highly skilled in operations but does not have experience in sales.
