He has extensive experience working with leading banks in India, including XXXX and XXXX, where he held positions such as Relationship Manager, Wealth Branch Manager, and Priority Banking Manager. In these roles, he was responsible for generating revenue, building and deepening client portfolios, and managing a designated set of customers. His tasks included onboarding new customers, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and promoting various financial products, such as life insurance, general insurance, mutual funds, and SIPs. Since 2022, following the passing of his father, he left the banking industry to manage his family business but is now seeking new opportunities to leverage his expertise in banking and finance. Currently self-employed, he is eager to return to a professional environment where he can contribute meaningfully.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He considers his strongest skills to be maintaining discipline, consistency, and effective follow-up with clients. These qualities, developed through years of experience, have been critical in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. He emphasizes the importance of these attributes in achieving success in the banking and financial sectors.

He has experience with the Travel World Card, where he managed the currency loading process. Customers would provide INR (Indian Rupees), and he would convert it into the desired currency (such as US dollars or pounds), which could be used for withdrawals or online shopping when traveling abroad. He has also utilized the bank’s trading platform to engage in trades and is comfortable discussing the risks and rewards of investments with customers. He emphasizes that investments carry inherent risks, and it’s important to invest amounts that customers can afford to leave unused for a certain period. Additionally, he is proficient with computers and has a multimedia diploma, enabling him to efficiently use MS Office and create presentations.
