1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is currently working as a Solution Engineer at XXXX, a CRM implementation company specializing in Salesforce products. In this role, which she has held for approximately one and a half years, she serves as a bridge between customers and the sales team. Her responsibilities include conducting discovery meetings with customers to analyze their needs, matching those needs with the appropriate Salesforce products, and preparing detailed scopes of work that include commercials and timelines. She presents these to customers, gathers feedback, and ensures the project begins after agreements are finalized.
Additionally, she is responsible for developing and delivering customized product demonstrations, collaborating with internal teams such as sales, consultants, and developers, and providing technical support during customer meetings. Her role spans the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to signing agreements.
Before this role, she worked as a Business Development Representative at the same company. While similar, this position was less technical, focusing on managing the sales pipeline, prospecting, and contacting leads to drive new business opportunities.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Her strongest skills include bridging the gap between customers and technical teams, analyzing customer needs, and delivering tailored Salesforce solutions. She excels in conducting discovery meetings, preparing detailed scopes of work, and creating customized product demonstrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the sales cycle.
3. Do you have XXXX (Key Criteria 1)? If so can you tell me more?
She has not been directly involved in digital payment or blockchain technology projects. However, while working as an Assistant Compliance Manager at XXXX in Turkey, she gained experience in financial services and compliance.
In her current role, she primarily focuses on Salesforce product implementations. While her expertise lies in sales-related Salesforce products, she has also been involved in projects integrating third-party payment solutions with core CRM systems. Her work spans various industries, including retail, real estate, e-commerce, financial services, and insurance.
Regarding fintech innovations, she believes AI will significantly impact the industry in Turkey and globally by enhancing business processes. She is also familiar with digital payment platforms like Payoneer and PayPal commonly used in Turkey.
She is highly comfortable communicating in both Turkish and English in professional settings.
