1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has over 8 years of experience in banking and finance, with a background in both diplomatic and financial sectors. He completed his education at XXXX and began his career at XXXX, one of the top three banks in India.
He then moved to an asset location role and is currently working with XXXX since February 2022. His responsibilities involve enhancing business operations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that all loan procedures are being followed correctly. He is responsible for approving and disbursing loans, ensuring that any deviations are addressed promptly.
On a daily basis, he processes approximately 25 to 30 loans, and in a month, this number totals around 600 to 700 loans. He leads a team of 36 executives, supported by two team leaders.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He believes his strongest skill is his ability to communicate effectively with anyone in the market. He takes the time to gather all relevant details from his clients first, ensuring that he has a complete understanding. Once he has all the information, he presents it back in the most organized and effective way possible, offering the best possible solution to the client.

He has extensive experience in managing currency exchange operations, particularly in converting files from the 28 currencies approved in his bank to Indian currency and vice versa. This involves a thorough understanding of the exchange rates, ensuring that conversions are accurate and processed in a timely manner. He also manages the complexities of foreign exchange trading, which differs from equity trading in the market. Foreign exchange trading requires expertise in handling currency pairs, market fluctuations, and risk management to ensure smooth and profitable transactions.
In addition to his currency exchange and trading experience, he is highly skilled in using MS Office and various software tools to streamline his processes, track transactions, and maintain accurate records. His technical proficiency ensures that he can handle the operational demands of his role efficiently.
