With more than 10 years of experience in finance and aviation and was working as a senior operations and audit executive. She started off as a corporate liaison officer for Southeast Asian offices because they don’t have offices in the Southeast Asia and was in charge to Malaysia because she is a Malay speaker, so she do liaison. After that, the chairman moved her over to auditing department auditing and sales and basically the job is to do some investigative findings regarding to the sales department because they generate their own leads and the leads are given basically to this account manager. Then, she promoted to the senior and dealing more on the corporate and institutional clients before that it was introducing broker and individual clients. Her job is to do some reporting to her senior and work a lot with Salesforce and Power BI to gather some data and partly conduct trainings on Salesforce.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
She said that she has a strong problem-solving skills and executive support. She also said that she has different certifications for ASEAN and PMP. She said that she has a good communication skill and able to build a good relationship with its clients and most of her experience are customer related so has no problem dealing with other people.
