1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Initially worked as a research assistant for 2 years focused on C++, C#, and Unity which introduced him to VR roles. Also did some internship with XXXX which he became more interested in Unreal Engine. After that, switched as a Junior Software Developer in the same company where he contributed to the development of web experience through Unity and C#. Currently a VR Unreal Engine and Software Developer, still with XXXX, where he is currently a lead for their project.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill in terms of programming languages would be C++, C#, and Python. For the engines, his experience would be more extensive in Unreal Engine but also would be confident in Unity. Rates himself a 4-5 out of 5 in C++ and C#. And for the engines, rates himself a 4-5/5 in Unreal Engine and 3.5-4/5 in Unity.      

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 2+ years of experience in Unreal Engine development but is very confident in working with it since he is currently working in a startup and his experience might be more extensive even though he only has 2 years of experience. Proficient with C++ and blueprinting in Unreal. Good with versioning and repository. Have experience as well with rendering, shaders, and lighters. Lots of his work involves working closely with artists.
