He’s been employed by XXX for more than 19 years now and currently working as a specialist customer care. His role there is to look after the day-to-day clients, building a relationship with the clients through affluent mainly customers and wealth customers. He also looks after different things in the company such as the savings investments, clients onboarding, sanction screening, transaction monitoring, and forward investigation etc. He explains that his title change from relationship manager to special Customer Special services due to COVID and the lockdown so there’s a little restructuring and the title changed.

He is good when it comes to building a relationship with the clients even though it’s their existing clients or new. He is good in understanding each of their client status or backgrounds of if they have a short or long-term plans. When it comes to products knowledge, KYC onboarding is also one of his strong skills, he is also good in helping training his fellow in new clients or existing colleagues on their products and services or the actual position that they tend to take on.
