1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently with XXXX, working under a UK home and car insurance firm called XXXX as a Scrum Master where he is essentially facilitating Agile events, making sure the teams are delivering products, and have daily scrum meeting where they share progress, Sprint goals, and do a retrospective as well after every projects. He was also worked there as a Business Analyst for XXXX, and stayed in that position for about 2 years where he was involved in cloud transformation. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Customer Account Manager where he managed about 200 accounts, mostly within internet service provider including XXXX and XXXX. He started off as an Analysis Engineer for XXXX where he was mostly involved with technical stuff such as testing and validation of vehicle quality.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his questioning techniques, his strength in gathering the right information and create diagrams or pinpoint pain points in workflows. Additionally, he is proactive, ensuring that projects are managed efficiently. From a technical perspective, he has considerable experience in solution building, understanding a company's product portfolio, and combining those offerings to provide maximum value for customers. He also has enjoyed working in business analysis, particularly in the airline industry, and sees this as an area of interest moving forward. He has also found the agile transformation process rewarding, working closely with Scrum Masters and product owners. Although familiar with the agile framework, he is more passionate about project work than sales, which he views as a secondary focus.
