  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    He is currently working as the Manager for the Product Development for XXXX in America which is a tier 1 supplier in the automotive business. He is doing more on the system engineering in his current role which includes integration with software, hardware, and also mechanical engineering. He has been in the managerial position for about four years now and was previously the Head of Product Engineering where he handled both software and hardware engineers working on modules for car access and entry products. He started off as an Electrical Engineer for XXXX where he later on was promoted as Senior Electrical Engineering and led R&D programs for ECUs to sunroof systems, electric door latches, and active brakes. He majored in Electrical Engineering and his area of study was on low-voltage analog ICs, learned about VLSI and CUDA for GPU computing coding. He is also currently taking his MBA where he continuously discovers his strength not only on the engineering side but also in the managerial side of things

     
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Strongest skill would be engineering in general since he came from this background and also has started the first 6-7 years of his career in purely engineering, including hardware and software integration, worst case analysis schematics, and such. Another strong skill is his management capabilities; he has been managing a small team that varies from 6 to 10 people, involved in winning projects and guiding them to successful launch and production. He can also be in touch of the sales and marketing side of things if there’s a chance.

     
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    Has almost 10 years of experience in the engineering and managerial position. He has experience with designing circuits but for the past few years, he hasn’t been much into it; he can still do system level designs but not much of doing layouts or circuitries again. He has strong experience with the whole product development life cycle including from getting clients, the concept, until launch and production.
