Has 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Has worked for a project before and was responsible for building executive applications using C++ programming language. He has also worked on a project before for building a shopify website using Django and React.js.

Strongest skill at the moment would be PHP, Laravel, and JavaScript frameworks since this is what he mostly uses in his recent projects. Rates himself a 5 out of 5 in these skills.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 2+ years of experience in C++ Development. Knowledgeable already with SQL database, have a little bit of familiarity in Windows Service and TCP Communications. Also have some experience in Linux servers but not his strongest. Have never developed/studied outbound call systems but he thinks he can easily understand it.
