1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been in the software development industry for about 7 years now and first started to work with XXXX as a Software Engineer wherein they manage their own server and second job was with XXXX as a Software Engineer where he focused more on the cloud-based servers. He worked here using AWS. After that, he joined XXXX as a Software Engineer handling big data where he used Java, Scala, PostgreSQL, Hadoop, Hive, and Kibana. His last role was with XXXX as a Software Engineer, more on the devops side, using Terraform, Kotlin, Python, and AWS. His main responsibility here is to setup applications for each of their client’s banks since XXXX is a fintech.  

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   As of the moment, he is currently driving more into becoming more of an architect wherein he gives solutions to client’s problems and determining the bottlenecks of their infrastructure. Strongest with Java and Spring boot since he has been doing this for about 7 years now, rates himself a 3/5 in both of it since these technologies are always evolving.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has strong experience with Java and has experience with Kotlin as well for some months for a specific project. Also has experience as a senior wherein he mentors junior developers who are less experienced. He is also working as a product manager in his current role, writing technical stories, and help implement certain features. Great with handling and managing people since he has his own company as well. Has knowledge with e-commerce industry.
