1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is currently working as a customer service manager in a software company in Dubai. She really loves communicating with other people and anything she do and find herself suitable for a customer service position to help solve the problem between the customers and business. In her previous jobs, she worked with different customers and learn how to adapt and learn quickly the business that they perform every day.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Said that her strongest skill is her communication skill because when she approaches the customer she always put herself in the position of the customers especially when they are situations that they are kind of frustrated and she always try to understand them to solve the problem. She also said that she is flexible when it comes to different issues that they may encounter in the business.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   She has a keen interest in the financial and investment sector, particularly Foreign Exchange. Additionally, she has a basic understanding of the financial markets, including FX margin trading, brokerage sector, risk management, technical, and fundamental analysis.
