1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He have 15 years of experience in the financial services industry and for more than 10 years, he have worked in finance services consulting and his role is to advice the banks and insurance companies about their risk management frameworks as well as the operational frameworks. After the consulting work, he moved to XXX group as a Head of risk management and in charge in developing the risk management framework for the group and been there for 3 years up to now and aside from that he is also working as a freelancer and does financial advice for different companies to improve their operations.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   The strong skills that he currently have is his management skills because is his previous job he manage more than 60 people. He got an opportunity as well to work with a lot of clients or customers, so his customer management skills are also one of his strong skills. He also works for more than 15 years in the finance industry, so he understands a lot about banking and forex industry as well since he has a lot of customers to deal with.
