He is from Vietnam and attended Hanoi National University and after graduating he joined Oracle Vietnam from 1995-2000. In 2000, he moved to Singapore and then during the time when he was with Oracle, he was working with the customer support department he oversaw the installation of the products and worked for a few companies in Singapore but still revolved in Oracle and worked as a consultant. When he worked there, he oversaw the online eCommerce which provides service in the APAC Region and does maintain of their eCommerce feature he worked there for 6 years and then moved to Diebold Nixdorf which is a banking company ATM manufacturer then worked there for 10 years and his responsibility is to maintain the CRM systems for their customers.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He has experience in most Operating systems, which Oracle runs on such as Oracle Linux, Sun Solaris, SUSE/RedHat Linux, AIX Unix, HP Unix, and Microsoft Windows platform. He also uses Google Cloud and AWS and with NoSQL. He also has a basic administration experience, he has mainly managed oracle products.
- He also has experience in providing technical supports and they receive thousands of tickets for month and helps resolve the issue by troubleshooting the problems and try to resolve it by various methods to resolve the problem.
4. He also helps the neighbouring APAC offices to help them train in consolidating the troubleshooting problems as well as the active directory. |
