- Currently he is working in XXX, as a Technical Engineer. The company provides Technical Support services to its clients. He is one of the technical engineers providing hardware and software support.
- He is also in charge of IT Assets management for the IT Audit. He is also in charge in support VIPs, and it is different from a normal user. For him supporting VIP is a privilege to exposure in different setup and technicalities.
- He is responsible for user account management, using AD for account creation, setting up desktops for the new users, and briefing them on the basics. He also does manage the mobile device issues. Been doing Network and Server troubleshooting as well but not too extensive.
- He always doing the support remotely but if it is necessary, he can do it in the office of the client and perform troubleshooting. He has basic server configuration experience, and he is exposed to some servers like Exchange.
