1.He is currently employed by XXX as a NOC engineer. Job duties include Identify issues, monitoring the network monitoring system, which is meant for infrastructure, servers, routers, and firewalls. As a Level 1 NOC engineer, if there is any report they escalate to stakeholders accordingly. Also from time to time, they conduct basic maintenance to maintain their devices.
- He strong in CISCO devices especially for routing and switches. He is working in other NOC's as well and has solid skills in ISP.
3.Previously in M1, he is a network engineer and handles day-to-day client support and also handles configurations and maintains the routers and switches.
