1. Is currently Freelancing. In two weeks, he will be finishing a project with a Japanese company that is about upgrading their IT infrastructure to cloud. They have development teams in India, head quarter in Japan and a branch in Germany. Worked as an IT regional project manager responsible for the channel handles all of the development team. He joined XXXX on Nov 2017 and worked in a group named XXXXX for 2+ years.
2. He previously worked as a Java developer for 10+ years, Project Manager and Solution Architect for 15+ years so he would say he is good at new technologies, software surveys, big data, BI and data warehouse. He is good at ITIL server and project management while in technology, he would rate himself 4 out of 5 in programming, implementation and customization using JS between XXXXXX and the system to do the implementation and solution architecture. He is also strong in cloud adaption analysing, road mapping and data flows.
3. He used XXXXXXX when he worked for XXXXXX and a lighthouse customer who is XXXXXX. He provided XXXXX functionalities, store managements and folder management. User configuration was done, figuring out which modules, how many people, and customization. Go live to all cities in China after pilot round. When there was an experience issue, worked with architect to identify the issue; proposed 2 solutions explaining the advantage and disadvantage of the solutions. Issue was fixed. When new modules are released, introduced the new module and provided them if client is interested.
6. Hospitality/F&B experience – XXXXXXX as a client. Provided service for them. Using ERP to manage application logs. As a pre-sale, proposed solution. L2 level support for them. Visited their China HQ in Shanghai. Managed the client.
