26 years in China. Involved opening restaurant and hotel as a consultant. With the pandemic, he’s up and down with jobs because the situation is not the best with the recurring lockdown. Always has to drive to different places for consultancy work. Currently a XXXX Brand ambassador. Back in 2020, he was responsible for opening up a big restaurant bar. But then the outbreak came up and the location was very close to the outbreak, so the project was closed. Worked with XXXX company. Much of his career is mainly on training and giving an analytic view of the job. Someone is willing to invest but doesn’t know much, so his job is to provide info and training for people willing to approach this sector.
Mainly specializes in the management and setup/opening up, and training on culinary side since his background is as a chef. Gives an analytic approach for F&B sector. Some accounting experience.
F&B / Hospitality – Achieved strong sense of creativity and analytically driven Food & Beverage professionalism with significant experience in managing Kitchens and F&B department. He helped setup and open multiple restaurants, 2 hotels, and is the ambassador for a XXXX brand.
SaaS – Haven’t really had experience but definitely willing to learn it.
