She has about 8 years of experience in project management and is currently with XXXX as a Project & Programme Manager, focused with consultancy capacity and supporting delivery of S/4HANA projects. A lot of her background in project management has been around tech, IT, and implementation of different system solutions. She has a variety of experience in different sectors as well including the public sector, financial services, and tech; majority of her positions has always been in IT and delivery of SaaS solutions. 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has been in the Tech industry for about 22 years now, a combination of quite a few consulting companies and industry; he has been a part of two startups and consulting-wise, he has been part previously of XXXX, which is a fairly large consulting company, also XXXX, which used to be XXXX. Right now, he is with XXXX, a mid-sized consulting company of about 11k people, mostly in the US. He is the Director within the delivery team, he’s responsible for the client relationship, engagement, and basically leading the team through all of the delivery tasks. He has done a lot of programs from Salesforce implementations to ERP implementations to e-commerce transformations, and many more. Recently, he has been involved with quite a bit of AI works and has worked together with Southwest Airlines in the US for their GenAI enablement; he basically set up the AI platform for them and their very first use case for customer care. He has led that entire program through Slalom, which eventually got them to win the AWS Partner of the Year in the US. Right now, he just wrapped up an AI-accelerated discovery program for another company and is also leading the modernization of another bank called Wells Fargo, where they are doing the tech and operating model modernization for them. He is managing two teams at the moment for two different engagements and clients; one of them is about 12 people and the other is composed of 6 people, depending on the needs of their clients. In summary, he has done a lot of tech consulting, a bit of management and strategy, and also stood up like PMOs for major corporations and led quite a few different teams; he has led teams across US, Pakistan, Philippines, and India. He is also an AI Regional Lead which means that he leads consultants and his teams to go to the clients, deliver quickly and efficiently using AI.
