Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team and ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our products and services. The CSM will serve as the main point of contact for customers, helping them onboard successfully, driving product adoption, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers.

  • Guide clients through onboarding and implementation processes.

  • Proactively monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing product insights, best practices, and strategic recommendations.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure customer needs are met.

  • Handle escalations and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Drive customer engagement through regular check-ins, training sessions, and business reviews.

  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the Product team for continuous improvement.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.

  • Track, analyze, and report on customer success metrics (renewals, churn, NPS, usage).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Client Support.

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to present to clients effectively.

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple accounts.

  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and explain software solutions.

  • Experience with CRM and Customer Success tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, or similar) is an advantage.
